The cost of a counseling session at Aligned Somatic Healing, LLC varies based on the type of service you require. Self-pay is at $175 for an hour session. Insurance is accepted at this time. Marissa is credentialed for United Health Care, Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield. Marissa is also able to see you through Grow therapy which takes United Health Care, Aetna, and Cigna. I have also partnered with Open Path Collective for those looking for therapy services at a reduced rate. 

A typical counseling session at Aligned Somatic Healing, LLC lasts for 53 minutes, although some sessions may be longer or shorter depending on your needs and preferences. Clients often state they start to notice differences in about 10 sessions. 

Aligned Somatic Healing, LLC counselors can help with a wide range of issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship problems, grief and loss, trauma, and more.

A 53-minute session is charged at $175. I currently do not have any sliding scale spots open. I offer them as they become available. I have 2 spots available for those who are unable to work with me due to financial stress. The availability of these slots varies. I  ask that if you are using your insurance for out-of-network benefits I ask you pay the full fee so those who are not able to use insurance an benefit from my sliding scale. When you schedule for a consult indicate if you need a sliding scale spot. 

Sessions are made by appointment after we have an initial consultation. I am not able to provide crisis or emergency situations on an ongoing basis. 

Additionally, I am unable to provide crisis counseling. If this is a counseling emergency, please call 911 or Maricopa County- Crisis and Response Network 602-222-9444 or the National Crisis Line at 988.
