SE touch works combines that beauty of connection between mind and body and adds a layer of co-regulation and containment with a hands on approach from your practitioner. SE touch can be completed as a brief intervention, hand to your shoulder or maybe it looks like sitting side by side on the couch. SE touch can also look like table work. SE Touch is done fully clothed and is not used to manipulate the body. SE Touch offers support to muscles, joints, diaphragms and organs to support regulation and healthy functioning.
